I have read the amended complaint written by L. Steckman who is one the most renowned Rico specialists in NY. Mr. Steckman does not make unfounded allegations, there are hundreds of emails and other pieces of evidence making up the amended complaint that make this case so utterly devastating, including the fact that Jean Wilson is caught red handed trying to erase them. Unfortunately for her she was caught and that's when the dam broke loose. To the good luck of XA one of the conspirators left an old phone behind and lo and behold it was still on and as luck would have it, it was owned by XA which made it fair game. And God the stories it would tell. Stealing everything that wasn't bolted down to ripping the heart out of XA. These were people who had no respect for the law or the shareholders only for their own greed and avarice. There is no he said she said in this case only right and wrong and the defendants here are wrong, greedy crooks who think they are above the law, in the very near future I believe they will find out they are not and will pay dearly for their acts!!!!!!!!
