Let me also interject one additional thought. Since hunting is legal in most states on Sunday, should blue laws making it illegal in the very few states in which they still exist now be declared unconstitutional? Should state lotteries now lose their monopoly power over who runs legal gambling? Since a group of guys playing poker in a private residence is legal in many states, should it not be a legal activity in all?
