You don't need to respond to yourself I will read all you posts because I'm open-minded, the problem is after I come to a perfectly fair conclusion. Since our alphabet juror can spot guilty people just like that, help enlighten the rest of us on the parameters one should use to be able to say at the end of this whole legal action -what is a "win" for the company? I only ask because I sense words will take on new definitions. See you seem to think the standard used for guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt, when its a preponderance of the evidence. Did your lawyer roommate move out? Kick you out? What's the deal?
