Also Note, Klug as appointed Samuel E. Masur (who was a registered agent for Klug's other private investments: Beechwood properties and Beechwood capital) to serve as the registered agent for these newly formed LLC.
Per the recent filing, KLUG and Schreiber now own 51.24% of the outstanding shares. This would give them the majority of the vote they need to do what they want, including reverse merging their own private investments into these newly formed LLCs. Moreover, this 51.24% would also give them the power to protect their personal investments once the reverse merger has been completed. In a way, Redhawk Holding Corp will serve to protect their private investments while exponentially increasing the value of their investments.
