We sold something alright...most likely toxic converts. Thats what this company sells best..."PIPE" dreams. The only time this stock ever starts moving is when they need to get financing in place. Unbeleivable.

Anyway the more important/intetesting question is why the f#$k would anyone drop $15M on this thing? If there was something that big out there to justify $15M you would think the stock would be much more active.
