I dont give a shit if it creates a little dilution. We already been here a couple years now and our stock is dead. Infact its already well off its highs. The stock has no liquidity either.

Another stock I am in in that is slow like this one gave us a divy a few months back that amounted to about a $650 profit for me and the stock actually continues to rise in price and has much more liquidity now.

We know what they are doing for the last 2 years is not working for us or the PPS. Either pay us a small stock divy or insiders convert their shares to preferred shares in order to make the share structure more attractive. Geez I can remember when this stock was well over .0030 with more liquidity when the company was not half what it is today.
