This is what I think is going on, private placement under the 504 rule of Regulation D. Is the company raising money up the the $1 MM ceiling before becoming current again, and offering additional shares to the market? While the sales that we are seeing are not going through a MM, they are still legitimate placements. I am taking this as a whiff of hope. MGLG is definitely not dead, and is stirring...
