While I agree with your first point, the second point is not accurate.

Taken from the 1Q:

Cash on hand(USD) $ 401,000

Accounts receivable(USD) $ 9,254,000

Not too many if any stocks trading at .0013 have that much in accounts receivable or cash for that matter.
