Sure---that order would be accepted--but wouldn't be filled until it became the lowest (best) offer and somebody then bought at your price point....

the order also would be displayed as long as it met the minimum quote size at that price--the MM dispaying the order didn't have a sell below .20 (in which case it would be hidden until it became the best offer of that MM)---and it wasn't a conditional order like an AON (All Or None)...
