In all majors there should be a new rule. The 1st two days sets the order of play for the weekend. The leaders after the 1st two days should tee off 1st on Sat and then after that day's play, the leaders tee off 1st on Sunday. Reward the best with the best conditions(most often) and in doing so, the competition will be enhanced by trying to get in the lead.
