Another week goes by and no filings from Treaty/Blackburn/Tesarski... It's been over 6 months since TECO was suspended by the SEC for delinquent filings and the filings are still nowhere in site... That's because there will be no filings. Treaty/Blackburn/Tesarski quit filing with the SEC when they learned that the SEC was investigating them for fraud.
