Why not call or email Dr. Seymour about the perceived defect in Dr. Boniuk's filings? You are making a clear point and relating the problem as you see it is nothing but constructive. If you are right, maybe it will get fixed, and if you are wrong you will learn something and maybe pass it on to us. Offhand, it looks to me that you might be right.

I've posted before about the trouble companies can get into for minor and even completely innocent errors in filings, and can't see any harm to come from correcting Dr. B's as you suggest. It's clear that he thinks the company has something good. That will stand after a correction to the filing.
