LOL, I guess you don't understand what happens on rebalance day. The shares all move today, there's no "methodical dumping over coming weeks."
Amazing the nonsense that is spouted here....FIRE!!!!

Today is russel rebalancing day, no? If so IMO it's the index funds moving the positions to other funds under the same umbrella so that they can dump more methodically over the coming weeks.
