I doubt many will show up. Barry and his close associates control the majority of the shares so the voting is pre-ordained.

After that, the second largest group would be the gamblers who got caught holding in the last couple of pump-run and haven't had a chance to unload. They are not likely to show up.

The actual investors would be few and far between and the holdings of most of these people are generally not worth more than a couple of thousand.

After all, with a market cap of around seven million and most of it in the hands of some twenty individual, there is no big holder outside the main group. You might find one or two local guys who come to complain, but what's the point. The cost of the trip for most would be more than the value of their holdings.
