It should not take long to complete the merger. They have already had a few months to work out the details and if they were thinking ahead should have worked them out so they would only be waiting on funding. So far "thinking ahead" has not been one of NPWZ's forte's.

We should add up all the shares we have together. If a shareholder has held more than 2000.00 dollars in intial shares for over a year they can introduce a resolution to be voted on. We should collectively exercise our power as shareholders.
