I am so disappointed in the management, how can they accept such high salaries without making a profit and without inspiring and rewarding the drivers. Now we hear they need 1000 new drivers this year, no experience needed, where they going to find them ? Can't believe this Bill Crowe can go in front of a camera laughing about it. Very sad I just do not believe the company is going to make it with a CEO who is telling us nothing but takes the highest rewards in the Industry. I have seen this before and loathe this kind of behavior. Shame on you Welch.
