I got blocked by them for trashing them on Twitter. I sold all I had based on their last tweet. I would like to list the reasons why there's no doubt they are a scam bc I used to believe in them and I have to get this off my chest:
1. What the hell is that racecar picture on their twitter account? They have nothing to do with a racecar but that picture makes you think they are a sponsor.
2. The first thing you see on their Twitter logo and website is "Stock symbol UPZS". Is there any legit company that lists their stock symbol before anything else? Clearly the stock is their only source of income.
3. Dr. Reddy isn't doing a damn thing with them. He supposedly signed on for daily operations back in October yet not one single deal has been signed. No pizza, cheese, or sauce has been produced. 9 months of DAILY operations and they haven't gotten ONE thing done.
4. No deal will ever get signed. They tweet about LOIs which doesn't mean a deal is done. They said they are submitting their final offer to the brewery group, but that doesn't in any way mean than the brewery is going to accept, it only means they are submitting an offer that will be rejected. A month after they said FSI deal was going to be done the next week they say "had a great conference call with FSI". CONFERENCE CALL?!
5. He posted a picture and said happy birthday to his daughter (Who's hot now by the way), he posted for us to vote for some woman as the hottest this or that contest, and then retweeted some bs charity picture and ignored all of our requests for true information. Dude this isn't your personal twitter account!
6. I have watched them on twitter for a long time and they used to have about 100 followers then one day out of nowhere they had over 100k then 200k followers and some of their tweets get retweeted thousands of time. Any company that pays for fake twitter followers is a SCAM!
7. None of this includes all the years before Reddy became associated with them where they lied and promised and delivered nothing.They aren't going to suddenly turn it around and be winners- they are losers.
I won't say you should or shouldn't sell and get out bc whether this is a scam or not the price will go up and down and there will be money to be made there, but this company will never be a billion dollar company like they say they are trying to be. I just see a lot of discussion on here as to whether they are legit and wanted to condense all the obvious offenses into one message so someone can easily see they aren't on the up and up. In conclusion, you'd be better off following Jim's daughter who has blossomed into quite the lovely young lady.
