Thank you for your email. Please note that Peter will be traveling for the next two weeks.
However, I wanted to see if I can help you. The Company has communicated and kept investors updated.
The company issued a press release and filed an 8-K related about the shares/offerings. The raise is an opportunity to get institutional investors into stock, and was prudent for the Company's current cash position. The Company did indeed have enough cash to last well into 2016, but now we have enough cash to last well into 2017. The cash position gives the Company more flexibility to manage internal discussions/negotiations. Management is proceeding forward and will continue to provide business updates to the investment community.
