mere days after not ONE, BUT TWO teleconferences with the SEC???
WHY did he suddenly leave "his" company???
Founded by him and the wife...
allegedly started by running up his credit cards?
Where he was both Chairman and CEO?
Where he was collecting a handsome salary?
The company that was on the brink of a turn around?

AND HE JUST UP AND LEAVES WITHOUT WARNING OR EXPLANATION???

I think we all know the truth!
