Well, two million plus shares is not a lot of trading considering the price of the stock. But maybe this is a precursor to a pump-run and a couple of "insiders-on-the-margins" were given a heads up. Or maybe somebody just took a bite of this turkey. Anyway, I hope it is a pump-run for good. Hopefully, it will resemble one of those in the sister company during the last few years. In such an event, I might get a chance to sell without having to take a bath.
