A Reverse Split sure seems to be in the near future ONCE AGAIN. When it came up the last time people argued with me as they tried to tell me that a R/S would be good for the shareholders in the long run. I wonder what these people would say now. If anyone even believes that 50% you need a reality check.

TDCP has many loyal fans that have invested much of their life savings here and want this to work so bad that they can't see the writing on the wall.
The only positive I can see with TDCP is the fact that they will need to raise the price per share to do an effective R/S.

As for a product on the market????????? I will believe it when I see it.
