R/S only come once in a while, and he did a big one. One-for-twenty and immediately turned the original owners of the company into holders of less than ten percent. Then, within five years he distributed all the shares left in the company treasury, and the original shares are less than 5% of the total. Now he is doubling the AS, which means, once he issues all of these ones, the original shares will be less than 3% of the total. And, of course, the second R/S will not be too far down the line because he would want to stay away from turning this company into a sub-penny stock. Which means and R/S of at least 1-for-10 should be in the works. You've got to be kidding saying that I told you that you were right. Ha, ha. People that do this kind of thing do not do it every year. This is a long term kind of process. Imagine if someone had held this stock from the beginning. $120 would now be worth two cents.
