Some large sell blocks have gone through this week - 800,000 share block Tuesday and two 1MM share blocks today.

IMO, long term shareholders, or even those who might have bought for a quick flip, don't sell in large blocks like these. More likely it is someone who got paid with shares and is unloading them for the money. MM share blocks represent ~$15,000.
