I conversed with BH today: "Just be perfectly clear, there is no reverse split occurring. The only way that would happen is in conjunction with a NASDAQ listing and would simply be an adjustment that would be made and determined with NASDAQ. I dealt with rumors of this sort a year ago and of course as I indicated then it has not occurred."

Seems the rumors that were false many times in the years past are still false today. I did say many times, however, on this board, that they would need to do a R/S to go to NASDAQ. That's normal and completely expected.

What I don't yet understand is why they want to go to NASDAQ with a failing business model.
