Agreed. VFIN with a hidden BID trying to get shares is insanely unusual. His BID shows only 10k, but it is not changing when it gets slapped by a seller. He is also raising his bid to make sure it is the highest bid.

I can only imagine one reason why VFIN would be loading shares like this. A massive run is forthcoming.
