Look up the sec litigation and charges for the group that illegally acquired MGLG and sold the shell (that they never legally owned) to Magellan Energy who completely vanished into thin air after the sec suspension 6 years ago. Magellan never legally owned the MGLG trading vehicle so they just got taken for their money. Lots of DD out there. It's just ancient now. That's how dead MGLG is.

Curiosity, where did you find this info? I cannot find it anywhere? The abandoned and hijacked shell part I mean?
