I read up on that a little, and you could be correct. LHPT Must disclose any insider info through a means that info would be made availible to the public. I think by what I read you could be correct6, LHPT would at least need to link FB to website. And you need to ask yourself why they would not just do that anyways.

Just spent about 1 hr trying to verify contracts in the amounts paid per the FB site info, and still have not found that info.
