doubt that hill, as IMO it would be pointless. The company has disclosed in filings their debts, and note holders, so it's not like we didn't know about it.
Some people preferred to overlook those things as their zest and excitement over the product probably caused them to feel that the juice would take off and everyone would make $$.

no point in entertaining thoughts of legal action, as I believe Canouse is smart enough in this area to have his bases covered.
