And in addition to my suggested announcement in previous post they should add:

"As for the lifting of the CTO we are having little success given the background and reputation of some of our shareholders. They think we are engaging in a pump-n-dump. Can't they see the stock price? We have no clue when they might lift the ban on trading so we can start sucking Canadians into our story. We need more fish - I mean shareholders"
