MCCARRAN, NV--(Marketwired - June 25, 2015) - JUNE will be PROFITABLE for UMRC. For the first time since URHG (OTC PINK: URHG) acquired Noble Technologies in July 2012 and changed the name to United Milling & Refining Corp., the precious metals processing arm of URHG, a profit will be realized through the strategic partnership signed in February.

The structure of the partnership guarantees profitable months for the remainder of 2015 and UMRC is currently looking into ALL options to INCREASE profits by increasing the revenue streams through additional joint ventures, signing new contracts from other precious metal companies and increasing capacity through additional processing sites.

At the mine, Dun Glen has received all the proper approvals from NDEP and MSHA for the circuit in its current fully assembled configuration and has begun the testing and calibration of the NEW circuit. This is estimated to take approximately 10-14 working days before full production can start.
