I have been saying for quite some time that I believe the company is nothing more than a shell intended to facilitate supporting salaries and perks for Officers and Board Members of the company. The only real product is the issuance of shares of stock to maintain sufficient cash flow. The strategically spaced 'fluffygrams' (press releases) are intended to temporarily pump up interest and equity prices so that shares can be dumped into the market. I only hope that the SEC and US Attorney's Office have been watching closely and eventually file charges.
