No might about it. That's where whatever pathetic box of assets this company has left are going- to a thieving father/son combo. But since most people on this board treat him as a deity, I'm sure they'll be very happy. Estrella and Johnson ought to be locked up for crimes against shareholders. Same with Terdberger and his buddies too. And who keeps buying this, by the way? There's no intrinsic reason for this stock to be above $0.001 at this point and there's no deal with Demeter or whatever new crap Indy was spouting.
