In one of Jerry's posts on the forum, he mentions one of the reasons for the delay being manpower restraints. IMO, that could mean the firm is either understaffed or their staff is committed to other projects, including the merger, and they just haven't gotten to it. Again, IMO.

Not a problem, we are here to discuss XNRG and it was a good conversation.
