I was wrong. CANV did cross $1

Ten months ago, I wrote that I thought that CANV's stock price might approach $1, but not cross it.

Might not hit $1, but $1 shares coming

While CANV stock price might not hit $1, more $1 shares are surely coming off restriction in September, and a fair percentage will be sold.

The price may approach $1 asymptotically, and not cross.

Guess I was wrong (CANV hit $0.94 today,) but in my defense, I wasn't yet anticipating the $2 offering and CannaVest eventually resorting to convertible notes and toxic financing.
