I agree. Too bad XNRG is now a dark filer. SEC filings have ceased. Except the 8-K where they said how much they are going to pay the insiders in 2015.

Man that is funny. Will not release your required 10-Q's and refuse to tell the truth about what has happened since last November but file a 8-K regarding salaries.

Jerry should be paying shareholders for taking them to the cleaners, not the other way around.

What a serial scammer.
