I believe...





The dual Colorado Filling, Name change of Encounter Technologies Inc Restricted and other filings will clear a few things up...

Still going to be a Multi Million Dollar cover...imo

However if you buy at $1-5 and it runs to $100. I think it is called a investment...

Have to get to those so labeled, $1-5 dollar shares 1st...I have a feeling there will be more than a few investors after them at that point...
