(“Invictus MD” or the “Company”) (CSE: IMH; OTC: IVITF; FRA: 8IS) is pleased to announce that it has accelerated its option to acquire, indirectly through its subsidiary, Prestige Worldwide Holdings Inc., an additional 26.25% of the shares of Future Harvest Development Ltd. (“Future Harvest“) pursuant to the purchase and sale agreement dated March 3, 2015. Following the proposed accelerated acquisition, the Company’s total interest in Future Harvest will be 60%.
