Yes...check otcmarkets.com you can find all filings and other DD there. Its called rinse and repeat. GRNE will probably see another RS in the future. That said...the OS is not all that big right now for such a low pps. Keep in mind the AS is 10 billion shares. So there's billions of shares available to release.
