A couple of things combined- Series H being sold, announcement of authorized increase and large holders dumping because there is no movement due to lack of news.

Authorized increase should be baked in because it was mathematically obvious last year that if the stock didn't grab and hold .01ish for a length of time they would need to increase the authorized. This should not be a surprise to anyone but given that no one actually does any DD it likely will be. Like I said, it's been mathematically obvious for a year now.

Series H sold 11K last quarter. We won't know until the new 10Q weather or not they dipped into those funds again. Hopefully not.

This stock is fool's gold for speculators. They don't seem to realize
how thin it trades. You cannot buy 10 million plus shares and expect to day trade in and out without affecting the bid. This is a buy low and hold stock or you buy when it starts to move and trade the swing.
You can't have both worlds with this stock.
