Has anyone heard anything lately from the rubberstamp twins?

Just when one thinks they're out of it, BANG !!!! One is right back in it !!!


If former EXBX board members Carl Ulepich and Eric Cavanaugh still read these boards, what are your thoughts on all this?


I never understood why these board members chose to support the former CEO instead of supporting their fellow shareholders.

I still cannot believe these former board members didn't do a better job in their fiduciary duties to protect shareholders.
