If IDLM isn't issuing PRs, etc, because of the SEC, then the SEC is not going to turn around and nail them for a lack of communication.




I do not believe he is currently under any such direction about communication from the SEC...infact just the opposite as he put out an filing last year saying he was going to communicate more often now.
