If IDLM isn't issuing PRs, etc, because of the SEC, then the SEC is not going to turn around and nail them for a lack of communication. They might nail IDLM because they decide Marcus Frasier is a crook. But they aren't going to nail him for doing what they've asked him to do.

But clearly the market is perceiving this, correctly, as a very risky investment. The underlying company is worth 10x this absurd price. So, I'm not going to say that all is well.
