IDLM is not an SEC filer. It tried to be, but then they revoked their attempt to become a filer. Much of your post deals with filers, so not relevant to IDLM.

My strong hunch is that IDLM is still embroiled with SEC. I have heard a few birdies discussing how Marcus Frasier really did want to open up communication. If so, then the only thing I can think of that would be stopping him is the SEC.

If the SEC is already on Frasier's case, and if that process is what is causing IDLM not to be issuing news/financials/updates, then I really think the SEC investigation is the problem, not their failure to communicate.

IF Idle can eventually get past the SEC, then I believe we will get news, financials, updates, and offers. I could be wrong in believing this. But this is why I continue to hold.

On another subject, I've been too busy to organize the offline discussion. Will get that going soon.
