I saw that reply. So much for Transparency. It was obvious, in my opinion, you were really asking where the late xnrg 10Q's were, and he could have been more forthcoming about the status of the filings, and explain why he filed the 8k regarding salary before the missing 10Q's, but chose to tell you to go talk to an attorney .
Fricken unbelievable response in my opinion .
Doesn't seem to mind talking about the possibility of aquiring another oilfield company, or leases, to another recent Forum poster. After seeing what happened to the Venango county rice leases, that was good for a chuckle.
I guess it just the delinquent 10q's that shareholders are not supposed to ask about.
