Not spoken since last Thur PM when he said it's done and will be published when both have done all agreed to that day in "NEVADA". Also has signed the 10K out next Tuesday on time. I think he feels confident that funds can be pledged to be underway quickly and next time we talk he'll be sweating in 110 degree Caborca with a good high water table and no snail darters/grunions/Moon Beams to deal with. 8
