Senators decided not to mess with the rules that allow for penaties and SEC suspension of securities fraud companies like AEGY, though.

Could be serious fraud charges levied, and might be followed by criminal charges/indictments. Maybe that's why AEGY had now gove "dark", after it was proven that Pharmajanes has never brought AEGY even one penny of revenue, since inception.
