From my previous 15 years of experience with PBX systems, call centers, conferencing, etc., a RECORD of his CC IS AVAILABLE through the provider he used.
For legal reasons, they are kept for quite some time or better yet I should say BETTER BE KEPT FOR LEGAL REASONS.
Not sure WHO Scott used for his provider but checking the OLD POSTS from Scott should show the 800# that was used at that provider and from their one can find out WHO did the call and how long they will keep the recording.
Could take a COURT ORDER or SUBPOENA to get it but I will guarantee you it IS still available.
Some CEO's are ignorant to the FACT that what they say can and WILL follow you around for a very long time!!
Their were also several posters who made short abbreviated transcripts as to the content that Scott discussed BUT it doesn't give the URGENCY that Scott liked to PUMP as to how fast he was going to supposedly COMPLETE what he was " glossing over " for listeners.
Scott loved to make it a point of making everyone THINK his " ideas " were main stream and going to take off quickly........LOL! ALL of the LONGS know that was a pack of LIES.
If the reason we now don't HEAR A PEEP out of Scott and it is because of the WHISTLEBLOWERS or IRS poking around all of his BS, then I suspect it may be a very LONG summer for shareholders. We all may NOT like what Scott will ultimately be saying next.
Anyone that can add 2+2 will NOT come up with 4 when looking at what Scott thinks SEEK is worth. He owns NOTHING except some URL's and this is IT!
They are NOT worth MILLIONS & MILLIONS of bucks as his FINANCIALS he has previously disclosed PROVE! That being said, the ONLY thing Scott can do now is a R/S to eliminate all of his HANDOUT TO CRONIES shares and then within 3-4 months, a BK for pennies on the dollar.
End result.......SEEK as a ticker will survive until it lays dormant for 3-4 more years and then will just go away IF no one snaps up the SHELL. Otherwise, Scott will just go on to his NEXT share selling PARTY with a new crop of FOOLS!
One thing I would guarantee, he WILL be followed around the globe in whatever SCAM he tries to pull next and he WON'T like it. His CREDIBILITY will now precede ANY CON JOB he now tries.
