A Biel-Background-Check Will Yield Terminate Your Biel Investment.

BioElectronics Is Synonymous With Your Classic Pump-N-Dump Scams
After-Hours Friday Dumping again. 12+Million shares!

The company, thus stock-products, have zero value!

This company is a mess! If you look, the CEO sold 25k worth of stock, bought an innovative award, and got caught when PR-ing the said award like BIEL was making strides. The CEO bought a fake award to draw hype. That was 6.5 billion shares ago. The same CEO who sat on all 3 FDA denials through half a summer while still PR-ing hope, yet was found out all 3 had been denied weeks prior. The CEO kept it "hush hush" and was caught by shareholders who uncovered it.
Do you think the CEO is setting on more FDA No-Go's?

BIEL was also caught by the FDA trying to sell in the US in 2012 without clearance. Boy the nerve of them! This is shortly after capital requirements kicked them off full reporting markets after failing a required audit to stay BB listed.

THE BIEL REASON FOR DELISTING STATEMENT...

"“The Board did not take this decision lightly. However, after consultation with our attorneys and auditors it became clear that the expense and resources necessary to meet the SEC’s reporting requirements were too much for a firm this small,” said Rick Staelin, Chairman of the BioElectronics Board. “We have decided to instead focus our limited resources on meeting FDA requirements and new marketing and sales efforts.”
Should read... "We have decided to instead focus our limited resources on doing what we do best, Screwing our Investors".

And, what gets me is, 9 months after this statement about meeting FDA requirements, they are caught by the FDA trying to sell in the US without clearance! LMAO

BIEL DUMPING 10.7 MILLION SHARES PER TRADING SESSION ON AVERAGE
Or, sometimes on Form-T After-Hours trades

Had to have a bilateral groin hernia operation because of all the laughing. I ask the surgeon if he heard of and or recommended the ActiPatch, RecoveryRX-2 and he L'DHAO Said the gizmo was purely a complete gimmick and he continued to LHAO.

So, where did all the BigBiel investors go?
They left years ago when this CEO was caught lying many times over, and they'll never be back because they all know this is nothing but a pump-n-dump.

Hot Stocked?? LOL, even they are sceptical now!
BioElectronics pops out of triple zeroes...((For 3 days))

After two days of volume accumulation, on Monday the share price of BioElectronics Corp. (OTCMKTS:BIEL, BIEL message board) clambered out of triple zero land. BIEL closed another 52% up, stopping at $0.0013 per share after 170 million shared changed hands yesterday.

The company is a pink sheet that produces and sells pain relief devices which utilize electromagnetic pulses to heal painful areas. Why its stock jumped the way it did over the last couple of market sessions is not so easy to answer, though. Yes it is, because it was pumped by the CEO with false hopes of FDA this month.

BIEL's last press release came on May 14 and did nothing for the share price. The company's last public filing is its Q1 report that went up on the next day. The report too had no immediate effect on the share price. Here is the brief version of BIEL's balance sheet published in the quarterly:

$48 thousand in cash a/o March 2015
$691 thousand in total assets
$9.1 million in total liabilities
$503 thousand in Q1 sales
$655 thousand in Q1 net loss
The company is improving upon its revenues gradually, with $1.2 million for all of 2014 and half a million for Q1 of the new year alone. However, it is still generating losses that exceed revenues. The share structure of BIEL is also something traders may want to keep in mind.

As of March 31 the company had over SEVEN BILLION outstanding common shares. This partly explains why in the last month alone BIEL has over a dozen sessions with as many as 216 million shares in daily volume and those sessions never moved the price. Back on December 31, 2014 the company had 6.4 billion outstanding shares. Within the three months that followed, authorized shares were upped from 7 to 8 billion and a new 646 MILLION new shares were issued. Dilution of such proportions is nothing to sneeze at.

The most recent quarterly describes the number of currently outstanding related party loans that were signed with family members of BIEL's president. A brief snippet from the filing says more than a thousand paragraphs of explanations ever could: “the corresponding shares to be issued on the conversion of these other related party loans has increased … to 5,583,192,000 at March 31, 2015”.

And the BielBand plays on as the company sinks into the abyss of dilution.

A 73uW PEMF GIZMO WITH WIRES CONNECTED TO NOTHING.

And, check out the massive cash and assets! LMAO

NEITHER THE STOCK OR PRODUCT HAVE ANY VALUE
