I have to disagree. mEnox case likely will be sent down to the lower court for more factual findings, but I doubt that will affect the stock price much as it will take many years before collecting the damage. Money from glatopa 20mg is already baked in to the current valuation. 40mg ANDA accepted but the drug will not be launched in the near future. Necuparanib data wont' be available until early 2017. Biosimilar partnership will not happen by the end of the year. IVIG and FcRn program not going to get meaningful data till 2017. Its good for a long term hold for 3-5 years, but short term 3-5 months I don't see any imminent upside.
