Bourque Industries Inc (BORK)

I think MerthyrQ on this board has the best insight on business patents as I seem to recall that she encounters this type of process in her profession.

"John M. Bourque has applied for 4 new patents over the past year."

Time wise I see the following flow of events.

- applied/submitted to patent office
- acknowledgement by patent office, received
- acknowledgement by patent office, pending (as they examine it)
- acknowledgement by patent office, patent issued or not

My suggestion is that all four patents have passed the initial examination phase to be accepted and assigned a number for Bourque Industries to check further status.

This number Bourque Industries has is a pointer, not to the patent request content, but simply a status.

Hopefully at this point in time Bourque Industries has received notification that the content's of the four patents are now under review, first to establish if other patents have been issued that prevent these patent requests from being possible.

To me its doubtful if the contents of these four patents are visual for public viewing until an actual patent is assigned.

If so then we as BORK shareholders can only wait until any of the four patents requests have been successfully dispensed to Bourque Industries.

For me the only available information possible about these four patent requests is that Bourque Industries has said they have been submitted.

As many have repeated many times, Bourque Industries does not need to supply to the shareholders certain ongoing activity at Bourque Industries and here there is no need to supply Bourque Industries's contact information into the patent office for status, as MerthyrQ of says "... unwise to do so."
